Oh, how I have missed blogging more regularly about TV. Every time I watch a show I think, GOD. I just have to blog about it!.
I have to say , I'm happy for the return of 24 and Keifer Sutherland. But, as I watched, I kept thinking ' poor Jack Bauer. The man just can't seem to get away from the mayhem that is CTU'. As my brother put on his FB status, same formula ; arrogant CTU head that ... Read More

Ah just when I felt settled into feeling "safe" with the ratings of my favorite shows some of them start to slip in the ratings a bit. A little more on that in a minute.
First, as I was reading some headlines, I realized that 'Fringe' did not record on any of my DVR's last night. GRRR. Is there a conflict somewhere I didn't know about, or was the hubby messing with the DVR and set it to one of his ... Read More

Yes, this blog is so very late. I was busy all day and had no time but, I had been itching too all day and trying to figure out when I was going to get to it. I had a meeting for the Board that I am a member of locally and for which I maintain a blog at here. It's a fun thing I do for a local not for profit. I get to interview all the amazing musicians ... I have never watched the 'NCIS' shows and perhaps I should start. Wow, the ratings for it are through the roof! 'NCIS' averaged 20M viewers and 'NCIS: Los Angeles' averaged 18.32M. Wow. I'll need to re-think how I'm going to fit these two shows on my DVR Schedule (right not it conflicts with Biggest Loser, Hell's Kitchen, 90210 & Melrose Place and Shark Tank and I'm sure something else... hmmm..
I did have a chance to watch 'The Good Wife' this ... Read More

I must first start by saying how last nights 'House' episode was the best one yet. All season last year (well all previous seasons as well) was most definitely leading up to some sort of House meltdown. Sure enough at the end of last season we found House checking himself into a mental institution.
So, naturally, the season opener finds House in said institution. I so enjoyed his resistance and yes, typical snarkiness. There was no medical ... Read More

Okay folks. Last night was a busy TV night. We had the season premieres of 'Survivor Samoa' on CBS, 'Fringe' and 'Bones' on FOX, 'SNL Weekend Update' , ' Parks & Recreation', 'The Office' on NBC. We also saw the series premiere of 'Community' on NBC and the second episode of 'The Vampire Diaries' on the CW.
First, 'Survivor' rocks this year. Russel is definitely the guy we are all going to LOVE to hate. I can't tell if ... Read More

I have no idea what America was thinking. I'm beginning to think that either the public was drunk dialing or perhaps butt dialing when they phoned in their votes on 'America's Got Talent'.
Listen, I liked Skinner in his first audition. His story was sweet and he seems like a nice unassuming guy. But come on ! There was far much better Vegas worthy talent on that stage than him. His last two performances (semi finals) and particularly the one ... Read More

I was completely bummed when I saw the headline that Maura Tierney had to drop out of 'Parenthood' . It was originally supposed to start airing at the first half of the fall season and was postponed due to her illness ('Mercy' is premiering in it's place). If you caught my blog a few months back back you read about how excellent the show looked in it's sneak peak. I've re-posted the video below. I was so very excited ... Read More

I liked the show when we got a sneak peak at the end of the fall season. I thought the cast was amazingly talented, the writing was witty and overall the show made me laugh. Again, it was just plain GLEEfull! (k bad corny joke). This show is an absolute gem. And Pifeedback.com has declared it a ratings winner last night.

'Past Lives' from FOX looks extremely interesting. People who were re-incarnated remember events from their previous life to help solve the murders that were committed against them in their previous life. Those who know me, and know that I believe in all of it (Ghosts, Medium ship and most definitely past life and reincarnation) know that this is right up my alley
