I blogged a few days ago about how 'Dollhouse' was going to be on Fox's November sweeps schedule and that they planned on running all it's episode. Seems that FOX has reconsidered the wisdom, or lack thereof, of running 'Dollhouse' during sweeps weeks. They will run back to back Friday night episodes in December to make up for the time it's not on in November. Well, duh! 'Dollhouse' , although it receives one of the most jumps in viewership via ... Considering we are well into the fall season and most of the shows have pretty much leveled off and so there isn't much to discuss in ways of viewership. True to how it's been performing, 'Three Rivers' once again landed itself on the loser list ratings wise. It is the lowest rated CBS show on right now and that doesn't really bode well for it.
While figuring out what to blog about today I came across the new DVR numbers at ... Read More

I realized as I was typing information about this weeks tally, I never spoke about Thursday night TV.
Let's talk about 'Grey's' shall we. If you haven't watched it yet..divert your eyes. SPOILER ALERT AHEAD. So, what is the deal with the firing of Izzy?! And what is next for the character who up and left Alex? By the way, someone should have clarified to her that Alex only talked to the chief so that he ... Read More

Back in the late spring/early summer I blogged about Friday night death slot for TV shows. I feared the worst for one of my favorites, Medium, who not only was moved to a Friday night slot, but also to a new network. I also blogged about how 'Ugly Betty' was moved from the prime Thursday spot to Friday night.
Well, as far as 'Medium' is concerned, the move did not hurt the show. It was well paired with 'Ghost Whisperer' and ... Read More

I actually skipped a blog yesterday, so here is the Wednesday night TV blog. Thursday night TV is coming later, and boy do I have a lot of things to say about it, particularly 'Grey's Anatomy'.
The news for Wednesday's ratings are, well not positive. According to Marc Berman at pifeedback.com him, 'Hank' and 'The Middle' are at the same level ratings wise that 'Pushing Dasies' was. Now, 'Hank', I kind of get why it's not doing that great. It is ... Read More

SPOILER ALERT BIGGEST LOSER & HELL'S KITCHEN
I'm watching the end of last nights Biggest Loser as I type this. I was very excited to see the blue team lose, hoping that we would finally get rid of Tracy. I even started typing about how happy I was about her demise. However, that may have been short lived, as the team is now discussing Coach Mo who seems to be sacraficing himself this week. Ugg.. here's hoping that Tracy does go ... Read More

I have been talking about it for a week now, but I am finally around to doing my DVR results blog. This information is from the results of DVR viewing the week of September 21 - 27th.
Back in June a put together this blog about DVR viewing and how it affects TV and particularly advertisers. of which without we wouldn't have TV. 'Dollhouse' is a perfect example of a show that would otherwise have been canceled had it not been ... Read More

Uggh. It looks like 'Three Rivers' will be another fatality of the new fall season. Bummer. Last night it had only 7.42M viewers and 1.7/4 share (#3) in the 18-49 demo. On the positive side, as noted by a poster at the pifeedback.com boards, 'Three Rivers' retains it's viewers every half hour. In other words, those who start watching it don't switch off in the middle and that does bode well for a show. ... Read More
